Chest And Back Pain

For many  of us, chest and back pain together can respresent the start of many things but is not always the cause for worry. Sometimes it is as simple as specific muscle imbalances causing the chest and back pain. Muscle imbalances is when different muscle groups  become out of balance. That is, you chest muscles may be stronger or tighter than your back muscles. This pulls your back muscles and entire posture forward whichyour causes them to work in an abnormal manner. Over time this pull on your shoulders, neck, back causes pain in your chest and back. So, chest and back pain are frequently related and the most common cause is imbalances of the back and chest muscles. Good news is that you can correct this with targeted exercises and stretches which will relieve and hopefully eliminate the pain.
