That is, you chest muscles may be stronger or tighter than your back muscles. This pulls your back muscles and entire posture forward whichyour causes them to work in an abnormal manner. Over time this pull on your shoulders, neck, back causes pain in your chest and back. So, chest and back pain are frequently related and the most common cause is imbalances of the back and chest muscles. Good news is that you can correct this with targeted exercises and stretches which will relieve and hopefully eliminate the pain.
