The other things that you can do with herbs to get rid of sciatica are herbal nettle baths, soak nettle leaves in cold water overnight and then add clear liquid to hot water for bath. If you wish to increase blood circulation in the affected area, you can apply packs of mustard seeds or horsetail. Avoid keeping the mustard seed pack on the affected area for more than 10 minutes. It would aggravate the pain.
